My DD loves Veggie Tales and no matter how hard I try to stop it the songs get stuck in my head! She is watching (for the 10th time is two days) Veggie Tales: A Snoodle's Tale. The silly song in it is about SUV's and I sit here singing along with it!

Before the SUV song it was:

Anyone else ever find themselves singing the songs on their kids shows? or is it just me?

Definitely! Our whole family does. Especially to Veggie Tales. It especially started with my son-in -law and Veggie Tales (he is a DJ for a Christian radio station). Then our 1st grandchild was big time into Veggie Tales!

I know all the theme songs.......funny story.....
My second oldest son lives next door...when he is outside I can hear his phone ring......the other day it rang and I was on my porch and yelled "Your phone is ringing" He sang back to me "The phone, the phone is ringing......." Wonder Pets

I caught myself singing the Imagination Movers song the other day. DD loves to watch them first thing in the morning and every time the song comes on at the end she jumps off the couch and runs over to dance to it. So, I was telling DH about it one night and shortly after that the song was stuck in my head all night long!

I have never seen Veggie Tales, but we do "The Phone, the phone is ringing..." at my house too!

Recently, there are some catchy Backyardigans songs, "I have a Secret Identity" comes to mind. And always, always Laurie Berkner.

Ask me to name one current top-20 tune... and alas, I cannot.

The Wonder Pets songs are very stickable !

The Team Work song is always in my head,when my 4 yr old is helping me ,she burst out in song........"Whats going to work"....then she waits for me to say"Team Work"........ Sometimes,i don't feel like singing it but she won't give up till i do !

Funny! That's what i made my cell phone ringtone!! DD goes bezerk when she hears it. She loves the Fresh Beat band on noggin....every time they come on she jumps off the sofa and starts trying to imitate the way they dance....

we were about 12 when veggie tales took off and we LOVED silly songs with larry...the part of the show where larry comes out and sings a silly song...

Oh there are a bunch of them ..... I found myself singing "lalalala lalalala Elmoooos wooooorld" while brushing my hair or the "Super Reader's" song, "Martha speaks" when doing laundry

"Family" by Laurie Berkner is a current fav at our house and I find myself singing it more than my kids (how sad is that?) We went to a wedding last night and I'm sad to say that I was not familiar with ANY of the current tunes but am slightly proud to say that I can sing almost any song from Bear in the Big Blue House or Sesame Street :-)

We are HUGE fans of Yo Gabba Gabba and my fav is "I'm so happy" and my boys are always singing that song. The other night that I put my little guy to bed I was watching and listening to him on his video monitor and he was singing it to himself....so cute.
