Last time my Staples said, Teachers, etc. could get more than the limit. They could get 24 or so, worth checking! I gave the pencil sharpeners to my sons Art teacher he took lessons from after school, she uses them at her High School and goes thru a lot.

just wanted to let you know, I took this sale ad to Wal mart and matched the folders and pencil cases, w/out any problems!!! YEA!!!! didn't have to face the crowd at staples.

Happened to pass by on the way to something else. POS didn't enforce limits. Cashier offered to combine our separate transactions that we each had separated within limit. Said they had loads & didn't mind if we went back for "a little more".

I took 3 printer ink cartridges in and got $9 in "vouchers" for future use.

I got the limit of all the $.01 and $.09 items.

Noticed that the bottles of glue were only 1/2 full -YEAH! What a rip off. Others were buying the 1/2 full bottles saying well its only .09 ea. I stooped down and peered way in the back, and behind the 1/2 full bottles were the regular $1.09 bottles of glue and they were FULL. You got it. I took the full bottles. The other shoppers around me saw what I did and said, "How smart." They put the 1/2 full bottles back and got the full bottles.

I told them I was from our school 30 miles away and they told me I would have to have proof that I worked there. Of course, my name badge is in my desk at work. I plan to go back to Chapel Hill later in the week and might stop in and get some more.

Also got the pkg of pens that will be free once I receive the rebate.

Our Staples said teachers could not get more this time, that 8/18 (I believe) would be for them.

does anyone know the policy for man. q's at staples? i tried to use a 1.00 coupon for post it notes that were .99 cents but the cashier said i couldnt do that ...

I know that this is the Staple thread, but those coupons work great at WalMart and Target. I spent a bunch of them at WalMart today. However, I am not much help with Staples because my GPS can't find it in my area. It took me to a house yesterday. oopsie
