Here's some more codes I found, not sure if they work or not...

I did the free clock radio with mp3 because the one with the bag posted above only gave me pizza and not the bag. Said the bag was discontinued. So I ended up with $160 in free stuff. The boombox, Movie Certificate, MP3 player and clock radio.

Sorry for the complaining earlier. I am actually quite excited to be getting a laptop. Especially for a good price, plus all the extras.

Form says if you order by phone or online, send in a copy of upc. So don't forget to make a copy of it before you send in $30 rebate.

Nice catch! I did that once after I sealed the envelope. Had to cut side open and shake it out to make a copy . At least I caught it before it hit the mailbox

Ok, after 2.5 hours of eternal conflict with Office Depot, I finally ordered this laptop. Yes, almost all of those coupon codes are legit and will work, some expired on 8/5/08...Here's what I found out:

If your laptop is $555 (ballpark), your multiple coupon codes combined cannot exceed the $555. (Boombox w $150 purchase + MP3player w/$100 purchase= $250 so far...each coupon codes is "added" toward your total purchase price.)

If you add 47 coupon codes and expect to get 47 free items, and those items add up to $53,986, you will be disappointed. I guess Office depot is not that stupid!

With that in mind, and after more playing around on the OD website, I finally ordered the laptop ($554.99, -2 rebates will be forthcoming at $30 and $125), plus tax (free next day shiiping!) and it came to $593.84

In addition, I also got
(1) MP3 Player $50........FREE!
(1) DVD player $14.99.....FREE!
(1) ClockRadioMP3 $55....FREE!
(1) boombox $30.......FREE!

Each of the 4 coupon codes said, "with $100 purchase, w/$200 purchase, w/$100 purchase, and w/$150 purchase". This =$550..... my laptop was $554.00. THAT'S HOW THE MULTIPLE COUPON CODES WORK!

I'm so excited as I just bought my DD a laptop for homeschooling, and completed a good majority of my Christmas shopping at the same time! You too can do this deal!

One last word of advise... "add" the laptop to your shopping cart. Then go "view cart". At the bottom of your cart is an area to add your coupon codes. Enter them one at a time. After it shows up again, YOU HAVE TO CLICK ON THE DESCRIPTION ITEM AND ENTER "1" TO ADD TO CART. Yes, you will see a dollar amount associated with that item in your cart. Don't be alarmed like I was....Do this with each and every coupon code: enter it, then add that one item to your cart. (Yes, your cart will add up to $700+, temporarily.)

When you are done, go to check out... your billing/shipping stuff comes up... scroll down the page and you will see where the coupon codes took the price of the items out of your shopping cart, reverting the cost back to just your laptop (+ tax). Back on the "view cart" page, it does not reflect this change. It's only when you get to the final check out stages that you can see this. After multiple phone calls to OD regarding "not seeing the price drop", and them not being able to answer my questions (in English, mind you), it finally occurred to me that the coupon codes might be cumulative. And they are... hence no 47 items for free, just 4! ...LOL!

Yes... got my box of $150 worth of free goodies yesterday (Thursday!). I got the mp3 player (its tiny, small and will NOT fit in the clock radio, unfortunately.), clock radio, boombox/cd player, and dvd player. I'm so excited. I now have 4 free Christmas gifts! LOL!

Got my new Laptop on Friday, just as expected. It's great! Hooked it up, Set it up,(took aobout 45 mins to install all the new software) and my DD loves it! Her previous one had a wifi card, THIS ONE COMES WITH IT BUILT IN, so that saved us another $50. Yes!

Now I just have o get used to working with vista. I've had XP for so long that this will all be new to me....

CTsunshine..... what do you mean funds to AFC? how does that work? I didn't know that if you clicked thru the OP that AFC got funds back... can you explain?

Newbie...In order to keep AFC running, there is a bill that has to be paid for the server among other things. By going through AFC's links, it helps "pay" the bills (not a huge amount, but it all adds up).
