I watch Nancy Grace every night when possible. She has been doing a special about a three yr old little girl missing. Mom is last to see her and is not talking. She is in jail now for all the lieing. It is so sad.

I LOVE nancy grace. She is so no nonsense and never beats around the bush. I saw this story too. It is heartbreaking.... Last I heard they were searching the grandparents yard or something.

That story is so crazy. What kind of mother lets her 3yo be "missing" for a MONTH without calling the police?????

She killed that baby, I'd bet money on it. Probably for some man.

What kills me is that she was doing her own investigation. Yeah right!

I saw this on the Saturday Morning show this a.m. They didn't find anything in the grandparents yard. It's just crazy. The pictures they were showing of the mother while she was walking handcuffed were of her smiling.

Mom probably sold her off to a pedo. They are now thinking she is "out of state." When stupid and mean get together in one person, it is NOT gonna be pretty.

This is a local story here in Florida. The little girl was just days shy of her 3rd birthday. I do not understand how a mother could do anything to their child.

mintman, it's not the man's fault - that's not what I meant! The boyfriend said she never even told him that her baby was missing - and they lived together!! She apparently took the little girl with her when she moved in with him a month ago, but the baby was ALWAYS at the "nanny's" or "Disney" or somewhere besides home.

Doesn't sound like he's too bright either, but apparently he's cooperating with the cops and they haven't found anything on him yet.

I watched the story this am on Today. The little girl & her mom lived with the mom's parents since she was bon. The grandparents don't think the daughter did it. They think she sent the child to someone the daughter trusts, but the grandparents may not know the person. They also think the "person" who has the little girl may think what they are doing is protecting the little girl. The grandmother was very distraught. As for the yard the garndparents really didn't think they would find anything as the grandmother is an avid gardner & is in the yard daily so she felt she would have noticed if anything was moved or any fresh dirt. She let the police bring in the cadiver dogs just to rule it out 100%. They really didn't have much to say about their daughter, except that they don't believe she harmed the little girl. I don't know the background on this monther, but obviously she is mixed up in something otherwise she would not have to "protect" her daughter as she is believed to be doing. What I don't get is the grandparents are ready & willing to do whatever to keep the little girl safe so why is the mother keeping her mouth shut? The major charge for the mother is obstructtion of an ongoing investigation...so STUPID!
