Drug stores switching prescriptions

Did anyone here about the drug stores switching prescriptions in order to overcharge medicare. The way I understood it, for instance, is medicare has a certain amount they pay for tablets of Zantac. However, they don't have a limit for capsles of Zantac. So when people came in with a prescription for Zantac tablets, the computer (they were talking about walgreens) would automatically assign capsles instead. Apparently they have grossly overcharged medicare for a number of years, which falls back to taxpayer laps.

I say HOW RUDE!

I cannot find the link anywhere, as soon as I do, I will post it.
