I just sold some formula on ebay. Someone bought it for my DD and it isnt her brand. Since I couldnt take it back to the store, I sold it on ebay and bought her brand with the $$ from it.

To say that it is almost 99% certain that you are buying stolen goods when you buy from ebay, is a little out there. JMHO.

I think it is horrible that people steal and how they steal it. I saw a mother (I assume it was the kids mom) stuff makeup in the kids jacket and pants before. It was at a Target. I said something to her and she acted like I just slapped her on the face and said she was "insulted" that I would say anything to her. Weirdo. She beeped going out the door and I watched her get taken over to the side as she was screaming at security.
Its pathetic. Turned out an employee had just clocked out and changed her shirt and was right behind me. She heard what we said and then went up front and told security and they were waiting for her I wonder how "insulted" that made her....

That's great that you spoke up - if more people did that, there's be a lot less of this stuff going on. Store security can't be everywhere at once, but customers are always around. If we see something weird, we should say something!

I've worked in a retail clothing store for years and we would get merchandise stolen all the time.. Whole tables of jeans gone in the blink of an eye!! These thieves are very good, and very difficult to catch. They case the stores out for a while and once they know your routines, it's all over.... one year the inventory was short by over 8%....there went any chance I had to get a raise! The boosting doesn't just affect the cost of items, it affects the salaries of the employees working there as well!

from what i was told, they add the formula into the drug..in order to make it weigh more, so they have to use less amount of the drug..and make the same amount of money off of it.

just hear-say, from my AP security though.

OK, that makes sense: add powdered formula to powder street drugs.
