I have been getting tons of emails for HT Mystery shopping. This would go well with the triples going on right now. I hope this helps someone! APOLLO home page

The last email I got said they were paying 17$ for some stores. I wish I had a store near me.

I have 3 stores within 50 miles and when I registered the store with zip code,it said one was not valid. That made me believe that the other 2 stores might paticipate...I guess. I registered and took the test. The problem I had was the info was pretty good to answer the questions, but you still had to watch the videos for trick true/false questions and everytime I watched a video it reset the questions I had already answered.I just started guessing on the last half where the videos were required.I ended up missing 1 question and started to re-take the test. I explored around the site a bit and I'm not really sure if tennessee is included in this at all. ![]() I do remember when I was registering it gave specific states (i think) and didn't see tennessee there. This was a great find for those who can use it...THANKS ![]() Last edited by JRA191; 03-27-2008 at 02:44 PM.

A video? Hm, I never had to do that. It must be something new. I have been with them for a year or so.

It asked several true/false questions and I had to watch a quick 25-35 second video on how the cashiers, butcher, seafood guy, etc... acted in certain scenarios, but it was a little tricky. You actually had to answer the question on how they acted.Since I didn't watch all the videos and just answered the last several questions,I missed one.

I have done these in the past. They are easy enough...but I have a hard time working my q's and concentrating on the items required by the mystery shop (they like details like how was the mgr dressed! etc)

![]() sorry I'm laughing, but you do have a point. On the other hand what I did read was small purchases at HTs.So anyone could possibly go in and buy the small amounts,do the survey, and submit their receipts, and make money do the mystery shop.I'm at least going to retake the test week when I have time. Then I'll email the leader or whatever it was to see if HT mystery shops are available in tennessee. |

I signed up yesterday and there was no test to sign up. Today, I have gotten at least 10 different emails about 10 different shops available in my area. They are filling my inbox full! I may have to remove the email notification, as we are going on vacation next week and I can jsut imagine coming home to 100's of emails.

I went through the test and I agree that the questions are a bit tricky. The sound on the videos was not real good nor was the actual video quality. I'm going to copy/paste into MS word the text and review to see if I can figure out what they are trying to say. It really shouldn't be this hard. They didn't tell me how many I missed but I only got 84%. I don't feel as though I would normally test so poorly. You have to make 100% to qualify. I get 2 more tries. ![]() Try #2 - 88% (I have now emailed them. The videos and the stated facts are contradictory.) Note: Can't copy/paste the stated facts and questions into word. So much for studying. Last edited by GrannyGodley; 03-28-2008 at 05:39 PM. Reason: update

test? what test?? I have applied. My inbox is full. No one has sent me a test. ![]()

I didn't have to take a test when I signed up. But I did take the test after that to become a "certified Harris Teeter shopper" or some such. I had already done a shop, so I knew the answers already... they are all on the form you fill out and submit for your shops. ![]()

The shops are available in TN.........I got the mailbox full today and it looks like they are sending out their shops for all of April. When you click on one of those emails you go to their site and that is where you see where the shops are available at. There is that dumb video test thing....I got 96% the first time and on the second time......my puter died (thanks to AOL) close to the end and somehow that one went through and I got 92%, even tho I didn't finish. So, only one more chance but I don't think I'll do it again for awhile and wait and see if I get any shops. I signed up for the ones at the HT's I frequent!! |
