I found the test.

Too easy.

What cracked me up the most about the test: if you saved your work and went back in to the test, well, it would tell you your % correct. 25 questions total = 4 pts each. If you had answered only 10 questions and then saved and then pulled it back up, well, if all 10 were correct, your % = 40%. If it was less than 40%, then you knew something was wrong.

I made 100% -- but I made sure to constantly save and check that % # to see if everything was correct as I went along.

And the video links did NOT work for me -- so I really had to rely on my method above to answer all the questions correctly.

I did my first shop tonight.. boy, do they want tons of details. I hope they are happy wiht my report. Altho, the cashier won't be as he and another associate carried on a personal conversation as he scanned my items. And he used the word CRAP (not to me, but to the other worker) also.... ooo! I see that as a no-no in HT Corporate's eyes!

It is easy......I tend to make things a lot harder than they are sometimes by over analyzing. These shops are interesting!

I've been with this group for about a month now and I just got my paycheck! Yeah! I love them. Great way to make a little extra $$. I usually buy meat or something though so I don't have to worry about my q's as well.

I have never worked for a Mystery Shop Company that has accepted all my requests for shops!! So, of course, I am now overwhelmed!! I want to do all of these I can because there isn't HT's in Eastern TN! Hopefully there will be something through them over there, tho!

I just signed up a week ago and there must not be anyone doing shops in Wilmington since they all had bonuses. So I signed up for two and did them, product return was easy, but the carryout scenario (and looking at the main scenario that also) had a great deal of information to remember. How do you remember the names and descriptions of the two HT employees you ask questions of, the cashier and the person at the customer service desk along with the exact times you entered and exited checkout and the customer service desk? I'd like to do more, but without writing it down I don't know how I would ever remember all the info! Thanks for any advice.

I use a piece of paper that I have actually written a grocery list on. Take a piece of puter paper folded in half lengthwise. Course my Q's are spread out all over my purse, or if it is triples, nice little bundles of 20! Walk a few feet away, take something off the shelf, look at it and put it in your cart and write something on your list. Walk back over towards cashier if you miss a name. Once you do 2 or 3 of the main scenario, they are a piece of cake! The carryout and return scenarios are by far the easiest! Relax and don't try to get it all exact. You may miss a minute or two, or you may miss a time completely. If you do miss one, guesstimate it by your other times and you'll be fine!

Carolyn: Thanks again for your input. I did a successful VIC card shop today. So easy once I had the idea of adding it to my grocery list. I plan to do one or two a week, especially since I'm already going. Anyone know if Food Lion has shops?
