COMMENTS: Kern Scheduling Services is currently recruiting for storage facility shops. This shop pays $9 with no purchase required. You will call and then visit the facility, staying 15 to 30 minutes.

Shoppers will call ahead, tour the facility with or without an appointment, evaluate the appearance of the property, report on services offered, and interact with the Sales Consultant evaluating the service you receive.

Shoppers will call the national Call Center from the toll free number listed at the top of the RitterAssociates report survey for this location. When telephoning the Call Center, the representative should take your name and number and have someone from the local facility return your call. If not offered, express your interest to make an appointment to visit the facility and speak with the location about your storage needs. If not offered again, explain in your report whether they offered to make an appointment or offered information instead. You must report the name of the person at the Call Center.

- Report accurate details of your discussion with the sales consultant, the quality of services received, and the environment
- Survey form has mostly yes/no, checkbox questions, and some brief descriptions with NO long narratives

REQUIREMENTS:
- You cannot have shopped the same location within the last 6 months.
- You may shop a maximum of 2 locations in the same city region in the same week.
- You may shop Monday - Saturday on any day up to your due date.
