You are an expecting mother who wants to set up a registry. You have not used the registry facility in Babies R Us before so you do not know how it works. In addition you are also looking to buy an item in a certain department. Finally, you will make a purchase but later return the product.

All shops are paid via Paypal and GfK pays an average 2-3 weeks from the receipt of all verification documents. All instructions and reporting is to be downloaded from GfK's website www.cybershoppersonline.com before completing this assignment.
