I PM'ed Target $5 board games since I dont have a target near me to get them free with target coupons.

I got 5 Chutes and Ladders and 5 Candyland Games!

The cashier scanned all the games then came the q's.... The cashier scanned 5 then the other 5 wouldnt work. She walked off and got a CSM and she approved for them to be manually entered.

The Cashier manually enters 6 coupons instead of 5. She didnt know how to take the coupon off so she charges a game for $3 to cover the coupon which charged me an extra 21 cent tax.

So I got 10 games for 23.71 ($20 + 3.71 tax)(Should have been 23.50)

Technically I could have gotten another board game by her mistake of charging me an extra game for $3 to cover her coupon mistake.

My receipt says I bought 11 games and only got 10, but I am not 1 to do that so I simply called corporate and will let the store manger.

If you dont have a Target near you...how did you price match these at Walmart? They only price match LOCAL store sales...Im confused now?

Are you upset over paying .21 too much? If that was the only problem I got from Walmart cashiers, I would be extremely happy! I usually get a lot of grief over price matching and coupons there. I think you did very good.

Its not really the 21 cents that made me mad. Its just the lack of experience at this particular Walmart. I have a problem every time I walk in there.

It is up to Walmart to decided what they view as "local" or not. I drive 30 minutes to walmart and the closes target from there is 1 hour and 30 minutes away. So 2 hours from me but for some reason we get a target sale paper every time they come out in our Sunday's Paper.
