Well I lost my pride years ago so this doesnt really bother me sharing this. Yesterday I had a few freebie Q`s and I was craving the Baby Red, Bacon and chive Potato salad.. Whenever I got to Walmart I go in on the grocery side, grab a cart and walk down the front of the cashiers towards Pharmacy (to profle cashiers of course, or look for my Favs). So first on my list K-Y Jelly, hmmm why not -ya never know and it has alot of different uses. Also small MM, grab 1, dont want to be greedy. Checked couple other things in that area, out of everything of course. So back across to Deli--YAY.

So I am standing there all alone (off to the right of the deli cooler full of salads) and dont see anyone. Then I see the door to the very large chicken roaster thing keep opening and closing, but no person. Hmmmmm, I keep stepping around top look. As soon as I am back in position door opens/closes. Grrrrr- so I see another gal way in the back at a sink and half yell "Hello"? She immediately washes up, heads over apologizing and chicken lady finally pokes her head around. Now she is apologizing. So we all start chatting/laughing and I am explaining how everytime I would step around and over to see who was at the chicken door (then go to actually do it)--- all of a sudden my foot gets caught on the shelf that is in front of the other coolers that stretch down to the right and I know in my mind this is gonna be bad. And yep, I start to go down so I grab my cart and because there is nothing in it but that little ol box of K-Y Jelly --it shoots away from me like a bullet 15 feet. And down I go on all fours.. SOOOOO, I had my hair piled up in a clip (lazy) and glasses on head, but when I finally come up everything is literally in my face. Push hair etc back, try and look composed and here are both the workers almost completely over the top of deli counter looking horrified. They are like "Oh MY GOD, are you OK? You were there then BOOM you were gone".. BA HA HA, I start laughing so hard I had to squat down because I was certain I would wet my pants!

Then to ad insult to injury, a very nice young looking man brings my cart back over (that I must have rammed into him) asks if I am ok, then looks down in my cart at the little lone box of KY Jelly! And now I am crying laughing. UGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. It was a heck of a Kodak moment, and MANY got to witness it. Even today when I stopped in for buns 2 of the employees applauded for me! I bet they sit there on breaks and watch a video of me making a complete fool out of myself! Oh well, sorry so long-*note to self* make sure you never wear your daughters large knitted slip on shoes again..

Ya. My girlfriends and I cried again over it today.. It was funny. Only a couple bruises and not on my pride! LOL Stuff happens. Years ago I probably would have ran out of the store crying never to return.

I'm glad your ok and remeber we all love you! I once came home from shopping and my MIL was there and she asked if she could help, sure I said without thinking of where I had just shopped. To say the least, she didn't know what K-Y was but she did she the othere mmmmm..... toys!! Ya, she's never ask to help with the bags again!

Just grateful I didnt take out that small long shelf that they put all the crackers etc on.. You know the one about knee high? LOL.. Well I think it tipped into my rear end and that was what stopped it.. Maybe I will ask if they have it on tape. Would have mad a great X-mas gift for DH.. Few weeks back I actually stepped off the top step into the air. Actually did a tuck and roll to the bottom. When the kids and DH made it to steps I was just getting my wind back. Then we all laughed for 15 min straight before even seeing if I broke anything. Was weird, not even a scratch or a bruise. My sides hurt from laughing so hard. Guess I have lost my "grace".

This is hilarious! Glad you are okay! That is totally something I would have done. 8 years of ballet weren't as helpful as I would have liked!

And you reminded me that my IL's are getting into my couponing. My FIL recently asked me to pick up KY for my MIL. I have no clue how I kept a straight face! I later had to explain to my mortified DH about the changes menopause can cause. I can't imagine what is next!
