My Walgreens Trip Today. $.19 Huggies Wipes

My Walgreens trip today. $.19 Huggies wipes
Today my pre order of 60 huggies wipes came in. Because we are military I usuall shop at Walgreens on Thursdays but since my order didn't arrive until Saturday the manager agreed to go ahead and allow me to have the 15% discount today. Here's what I got

60 packs of huggies wipes
$119.40 total.
-$18 for the 15% military discount
-$60 IVC coupon in the Walgreens savings book
-$30 used 60 $.50/1 huggies wipes coupons
= $11.40 + $6.60 tax = $18 oop

12 Cottonell 12 roll packs
$60.00 total
-$9 military discount
-$12 IVC
-$12 $1/1 coupon
=$27.00 + $3.32 tax =$30.32 for 144 rolls of toilet paper.

Should be every store, they just don't advertise it loudly.
It's on a specific day and you will need your military id.
Ask a cashier or manager next time your at a Walgreens.

It is usually Thursday that Wags gives the military discount. And I actually saved money because I calculated the tax before the discount but they actually discount it and then calculate the tax. Double bonus.
