Didn't print the $8RR today when I bought the advertised three products. BA called AM, who agreed it should. Voided the transaction and tried again. Didn't print. Voided the transaction a second time. Maybe I'll try later in the week; maybe not.

your other option is to call cat mktg and if they send you the $8 RR with longer expiration date, that is even better since you can use it for WAG BF sale

just wait till 24 hrs has passed so CSR can "see" your transaction. be ready with your receipt when you call. HTH.

Same here. I purchased three paper roll tapes. No rr. MGR re-rung. No RR. Are you going to phone catalina? I will tomorrow sometime. Thanks

Don't believe I can phone catalina, as the transaction was voided each time it didn't give me a RR. I'll try again maybe - at another WAGS later.

Can you please post the # to call cat mktg, because a RR also didn't print out for my purchase.
