Now I know I'm a true couponer! ROFL I'm trying to keep a positive attitude about it since otherwise it was an awesome day.

I went to five different Wags today and got awesome deals. Evidently, too good of deals actually.

I had four orders planned out and in my cart. I ALREADY had the RR's for them ( I wasn't paying for an order and imediately using those RR's in the next order). After two orders worth about $40 each and an OOP of $1.45ish... the cashier stopped me and said, "I can't do anymore orders for you. You're getting too good of a deal!" Excuse me... too good a deal? She said, yes. You're paying nothing and getting more RR's too!!

I told her, yes - but I'm not doing anything wrong here. It's your sale and I qualify for the RR's.

But she refused to take anymore orders and told me to leave the store!!!!! I EASILY could have gotten really but instead I just and said, OK I'll just leave this cart of stuff here and go to another Walgreens. And I left!!!

I was already in my van before I realized I had just been kicked out of Walgreen!!!!!

I came home laughing and told dh about it. He was like "What the heck?" But I see it as a badge of honor - I do so well at getting the deals that I've obviously intimidated this lady who probably doesn't know where to find coupons. LOL

Between the five stores today I bought just about $400 worth of product (some items not in photo) I left the house with $10 in RR's and $30 CASH. I spent all of the cash - got all this great stuff and came home with $62 in RR's!!! (I would've had about $12 more in RR's but I spent some on things we needed for the house)

Guess I did get too good of deals!!!!!! And I'll be back next week for some more!!!! ( I took it all very well, but I WILL be calling corporate tomorrow. She was very humiliating, making me out to be stealing from them and all the other customer heard it all.)

I've been calling this "Walgreens Roulette" you never know how its going to go! Good job on keeping your cool, I bet you just frosted that cashiers cookies and she was jealous! Just today I had ASM stand there in awe as I spent .51 oop for theraflu and he kept feeding me compliment after compliment and had no problem when I went out and came back in for more. I will definitely be going back to that store again knowing he'll back me up! Keep on rolling!

You're still spending money to get those RR's to begin with and manufacturer's q's are more valuable to the company than cash. I don't understand why they have to act so unprofessional! I applaud you for taking it all in stride.

you are an inspiration! one wags near me with the unfriendlist staff almost refused my coupons but i quietly insisted and they took them. the cashier rudely told me "your coupons won't work" i just said yes they will and smiled sweetly. they DID work and I DID get so many rr's that she said out loud in a disgusted tone "they ought to just PAY you to shop here" i laughed all the way home and so did my family.

Maybe some of the bound up ones will try the RR items for this week (10/25) and feel better - or atleast less grumpy! I just want them to feel good so we can have great transactions.

Hilarious! You reaction was perfect! I would have done the same thing. I wonder how the SM would feel if he/she saw how their employee treated you in this situation? And, if the SM found out you went to other WAGs to spend all that money? Most SMs are happy to have us in their stores shopping with q's becuase it still counts toward their weekly/monthly sales. I would venture the SM would be very unhappy with losing not only this sale, but any future ones that you will not make there because of this person's atttitude. Keep up the good work!

I would not encourage her to think her position gives her some sort of power
I'd feel bad for the folks coming after me with her continuing such unwarranted & anti-customer attitude
