my husband was told "NO" to razor purchase

Every day, I make the scenerio for 2 or 3 transactions and my husband stops by wags on his way to work, since it's right across the street. Today he was going to buy and razor and the cashier called the manager. He said he could not buy it because he bought one last night. He also bought a lotion last night, but they let him buy it again tonight. I never knew a store could tell you that you couldn't purchase something, considering they were fully stocked and it was only one razor. has this happened to anyone else?

That is not the first time I've heard of unreasonable limits being enforced. By policy, they do have the right to limit sale but if your DH bought the other night and came back for another next day, I don't see why they will not sell him another? If he was doing b2b transactions same day, they can reject that but on a different day, that is a bit stretching of rules. I am becoming paranoid this is coming from corporate based on complaints of abuse in many stores. I dread to think of a corporate crackdown nationwide

I hope they don't start this. I send my husband to do Wags shopping too. I would be upset if they were to tell me that we couldn't buy something that we bought yesterday. That is taking limits too far.

I have heard there are two women in my area who are getting to be notorious for shelf clearing on Sunday mornings. I wish they would just put a stop to things like that instead of making it harder for everyone.

That is insane. What if you accidentally threw away the one razor you bought the night before and really needed this razor? That is crazy.

I wonder if they realize they are going to ruin it for everyone and if they even care. If strict purchasing limits are enforced they will be hurting themselves too.

I think its knee jerk reaction to punish everyone where there are just a few who abuse WAGs shamelessly. People post TMI while bragging what they got away with. Why is it hard to say NO when cashier sees multiple b2b transactions by one customer who hogs the register? If they don't want outright rolling of RRs earned from a previous transaction to the next order, they can also regulate that. But a blanket policy of 1 per visit? Insanely ridiculous!

A cashier at my WAG told me that the week the Oral-B 123 was giving the $3 RR, a woman had come in and bought twenty, doing twenty seperate transactions. I've only been doing the WAG thing for a few months and mine has been very coupon friendly so far, I hope it stays that way.

I agree! I have 4 Wags in my area. 2 stores are AWESOME, but the other 2 are complete opposites. I know the cashiers by name and I can't shop until Tues. and on. When I get in, majority of the things are gone. Good thing they restock every Thursdays! That's when I am able to save and I never Leave the Shelves empty! I'll do several transactions and then leave and come back the next day and Roll RR's on different items that they have plenty off. If I get to an item and the shelves are nearly empty and I haven't rolled that item at all or for that week, then that is when I take advantage of that deal. All I know is that good things don't usually last very long because there are those that make it bad for all of us. I better enjoy my Wags while it lasts.
