So I went to the Wags which is 5 miles from me instead of the one .5mile away. I just wanted to get the DeMets turtles. I found them pretty easily, got 4, one for each coupon, went to get in line and the beauty lady said she'd help me, I laid my cpns on top of the boxes and she rang up each item then the coupon w/ it and hit subtototal to make sure I was getting the right price! That's just so refreshing! Anyways, I got the 7 oz boxes of turtles on sale for 2.50 and I had 1.50 cpns from this sunday's paper. So $1/box. I'm setting them aside to put in gift baskets.

Maybe the key to Wags is small transactions and checking out when this lady works!

What a great tip! I have posted this before...Every beauty advisor I have checked out with has NEVER messed up a transaction. Annnd they usually have other coupons to offer you!

ditto..the beauty advisor has always been a smarter, more careful woman..at the front it runs the gamut from brand new people who have no idea what they are doing to young teens who couldn't care less...

haven't even looked at the ad for this week..busy, crazy..but for chocolate maybe I should pay attention.
