Got up this morning and printed loads of the walgrens coupons

SO I went to my local walgreens to purchase the blankets and asked for a raincheck which I got,,,but purchased the 90 inch and the 60 inch..when the 90 comes in stock up them
now the person at the register has been there and the kid was busy so the sale was not so great because he would take it before coupons

did not make the twenty dollars..small store..so I get the rainchecks..what do I do
need more bucks..
so I grab the PED EGG PRO for 9.99 makes an excellent xmas gift
BINGO off goes the 5 dollars since make the 20 yes

now I am upset since I did not get the things I wanted
so I asked her if there was another close walgreens
well she told me about one that just opened in NJ and it was near the store I was planning to coupon
so...
heres what I got4 large bags and used the coupons..was very happy...used my store credit of 4 dollars from yesterday great day. gave her a twenty and receved 2.58 in change
and purchasd 29 items...yes

I can't really claim success w/ my 5 off 20 deal. Had a handfull from friends printing. Went to do diaper rainchecks. They wanted to ring them a $8.99 and then 0.00 for second and it would only take $2 coupon off 1 pack. So I said it's not taking it off all 4 packs. Then he wants to question me about which store I got raincheck from since it had store number instead of address. (I thought it was from that store but was wrong) So he acting like it's a big deal to use rain check. So I just said never mind and canceled whole order---had Halloween candy too.
Then I went to my favorite wags store and got raincheck diapers and the shaving kit which is on sell for 12.99 w/ a RR of $3. Well ring up ok but it doesn't give me my rr. So manger takes me to other register and still no rr. People backing up now. He just gives me $3 back, which works. But now I'm tired and frustrated and thinking my great nephew doesn't need any more diapers anyway, so I went home and let the rest of the 5 off 20 go to waste.

My friend called me at 9pm and needed a blender, she saw the rebates and I told her there was a $5 on $20, so I picked her up, she got her blender with a filler to make the $20. I decided to do the deal again, so I picked up two Irish spring soap 8 ct.(rr4),chemistry repair clearance 5.59(rr3) a gal of milk 5.60(monopoly on milk,everywhere same price no sale) and a 1/2 gal. of Walgreens Ice Cream spec. $2.50. Total would have been over $20 minus the $5, but I looked and the rr machine blinking, I ask the cashier, was told all in store not working. She called the manager and he told he to talk $2 off 3 items and $1 off one for rr. But then my balance didn't equal $20. Manager walks by and I explain that it would have work, so he manually take off the $5. Spent $10.33 and don't have the extra rr to use. Not bad.

I bought 3 honeys, a pair of tweezers, a 3 pack of colored sharpies for DH, a newspaper, a 2 year planner for my purse, and 2 frostings... ... At least it was $5 off misc. stuff!
