I bought the cereal, used only 3 $1 coupons, NO RR.. Young girl at the counter, said she didn;t know... Got the manager, she said must be out of paper, and there was nothing she could do.. I did not want to make a scene, but I did ask her to fill the paper, she had NO time.. BUT the kicker of the story is, I bought the 3/$20 Bio shampoo/conditioner with a $10 rebate, and I get home, and I only have 2.. Altho 3 show on my receipt, I call, of course new people working, change of shift, oh they must have put it back on the shelf. So from all you experienced shoppers, what do I do? I can still put in for the rebate but I am a shampoo short, not a good WAG trip TIA

One, call the catalina company. There should be something they can do about the RR. Secondly, call the store tomorrow, or go in and say you got home a shampoo short. They *should* be helpful and fix the problem. Then submit your rebate.

I did call the store when I got home, they were no help.. They told me they prob put the bottle of shampoo back on the shelf, so now how do I prove it? I can't, basically what they told me... Thanks for you help tho
