| My cereal RR didn't print today. I used the 4 $1 off manuf. as well. So, I asked a Manager and she told me that RR is not printing when you use manuf. coupons? This has not been my experience in the past. I called corp when I got home and they are going to call me back. I asked the manager is losing a customer was worth $2. She just handed me back my money and could have cared less. I am more mad that she had no customer service skills. The funny part about it was when I got up there to explain what happened before she seen that I used coupons she told me that their system was down and she would just have to give me $2 off my cereal. However, once she saw I used coupons she totally got an attitude with me. I told her then if she wasn't going to give me the $2 or the RR that I didn't want the cereal. She said because of ppl "taking advantage" that they had to put a stop to it. So, she was totally implying that I "take advantage". I said, I don't take advantage that I shop there for the deals. Whatever...she didn't care!!!!!!! I told her that I wanted my coupons back too so that I could use them somewhere else. I called the 800 # and they are suppose to call me back! I am not getting my hopes up but I just wanted them to know what kind of ppl are managing their stores. I am 99% sure that I am done with Walgreens! I will take my business and my coupons to a store that wants my business. |

| I feel your pain, I have thought this way myself. The customer service at my WAGS leaves a lot to be desired to. |

| So sorry you guys are having bad experiences. I have to say that I am so lucky here, I've been to 4 different Walgreens and haven't ever had any issues or received any attitude about using coupons. It sounds like the cereal rr might just be a problem. It looks like the best thing to do it just call the 800# for catalina 24hrs after the transaction and bypass the RR all together. |

| I rec a call this morning from the dis manager. He told her that she was not correct in telling me that when you use a manuf. that the rr doesn't print. He was very nice, told me that he spoke to her and that he would send me a giftcard for the hasstle. I am surprised!!!! |

| I did the cereal deal yesterday. Used 4 $1 q printed on the Internet plus first a $1 off $5 receipt survery. total $5.04 and got the $2 rr. Last week I was trying to get the schick razors and the gum BIGIF with the in ad and Q. Did it fine at three stores, fourth before I got to this the manager seen I had the in ad for the ricola @ $1.19 and told me I couldn't use my $1.00 on two q also. I told her I just did it at another store, that I have always used in ad Q or ESQ with MQ. She disagreed with me, so I left everything. She hadn''t gotten to the ESQ for the schick or the in ad gum Q. In the parking I seen a receipt on the ground for the survey and answer it. I tried calling Walgreens Headquarters but when selecting #4 customer service I got put to a spanish line, with somekind of recording, it goes beep, so I figure to leave a message. I tried the Internet but couldn't enter the store. I know I wouldn't go to this store again. Stopped at another on my way home and all three deals fine, no problem. Seen my favorite manager from years back. I think they need a training program. Some are so friendly and nice and would do anything to keep you coming back and happy. Others, they shouldn't be managers. |

| I am very surprised that the dist manager told me he would send me a GC for the hasstle. I really wasn't calling to get anything out of them. I just want the correct policy on receving RR while trying to use manuf. and a little bit of customer service. What ever happened to the policies of trying to please the customer? I wanted that manager set straight on how to handle these situations, and or a little training would be nice. I just don't want to be told 10 different things in the same store. I just want to use coupons without the attitudes or being told I am "taking advantage". I am a paying customer regardless if I am using a coupon or not! I hope that I got my point across to him in speaking with him this morning. Now, for the cereal deal....I am going back...coupons in hand and we are going to try this again! (cause I NEED cereal) |

| I am so glad you stuck up for yourself............Why do they not train these Manager's on proper people skills and how to handle coupons? I will never understand how Wag's does business................But in the mean time I will continue to take advantage of the deals at Wag's. |

| Good luck! Glad everything seemed to work out. Hopefully, this will be the end of it and all will be well from now on....and a GC doesn't hurt either. Although having to go through something like you did might not be worth a gift card. Customer service just isn't what it used to be. Stores used to bend over backwards for customers. Let us know how it goes this time around. |
