I just want to say, out of all the bad things i have had happen at walgreens, i had a really good trip tonight to return something and got to talk with the manager for a bit. We discussed coupons, and the fact that his wife is really interested in learning how to save after finding out someone got paid to shop after rebates and RR's etc. I had given them the site name for his wife and he wrote it down wrong and while i was there she called and gave her the correct site . Anyways, we talked about IP's and he asked me what the biggest concern was and if i had any problems using them places. We talked about the concerns people have about using coupons and cashiers freaking out and he was probably the nicest manager i have EVER delt with. He is very coupon friendly and if his store wasnt 30 miles away from my house then id probably shop there exclusivly unless they were out of something. So in light of all the bad things we come across i just wanna brag on Mr Morgan O'Neill of the Chenal Pkwy walgreens. Truly a blessing to have a manager that understands and cares.

Im honestly thinking about it. He was very nice, polite, wanted to know basically what i thought about coupons and i told him that i think the biggest issue is the fact that when we use coupons at other stores and are yelled at, called a theif, told we are frauding the store etc, that we get defensive at other places b/c we are prepared to have that happen as well.

I also praised him on the fact that this site is very good about curtailing any talk of illegal coupon use and its not condoned and that the site owner and admin are very good in the way they handle the site and the people on the site. We had gotten into the discussion about the fraud with IP's and him stating that they had to stop using them at another store ( not walgreens) b/c of the amount of fraud and thats where i told him about the forum that Monica has set up to keep us informed of bad coupons ( fraudulent ones) etc.
