I used 4 $1.00 coupons for each box of cereal and my $2RR didn't print



I called the Catalina 1-888 number about my RR's

I talked with a nice guy named Dave. He looked at my receipt and didn't see anything wrong with it. He said the printer was "offline". He gave me a reference number. Took my name, address and phone number. Said he would called me back if there was something wrong by tomorrow. Otherwise, he said I would receive the $ in 6 weeks. He even told me to call back in four weeks and reference my number to check on it

call them 24 hrs after the transaction so they can see what went wrong. be ready with your CRT for store number.

I'm wondering if this is the start of non printing of RRs when coupons are used. I shudder at the thought.....no more WAG shopping for me if they decide to do that

ugh I am planning on doing this deal this week and use 4 $1 q's I hope my RR still prints I am trying to build up RR's.

I did this today using the 4 $1/1 and it worked. I am going to send in the Kelloggs MIR buy 4 get $10. I think is expires 11/24/08.

Where did you find this rebate?

I did this Tuesday, I bought 4 boxes of Kellogg's cereal used 4 Q's and the $2CAT printed.....NO Problem.
Should not matter that you used Q's, I do it all the time, Never listen to that excuse.
