Long Story.....

I had a raincheck for the Glade Warmers@B1G1 Free. I picked up 5 (last 5 on the shelf) and attempted to use 2 B1G1 Q's and one $4 off. After the cashier rang up my order I handed her all of my Q's. She called the manager over and he said I could not use the B1G1 Q's on the warmers because I they were already for that price. I told them that the coupon should cancel out the first item and I should get them both for free. He said he would not put them through but instead, voided out 3 of warmers so I would wind up paying for one and I used a $4.00 off Q on the 4th item and got the other item for free. So I actually would up paying $5.58 for 5. I was little ticked by this but then I had to rationalize that I actually paid $1.17 for each of the warmers.

As I was leaving the store, I read my receipt like I always do and discovered that I was charged twice for the Nieva Men's bodywash! Ugh! Back into the store I go and the manager gave this look like, what is the problem now! I told him that the cashier rang up the bw twice and I wanted my money back and she voided the Crest toothpaste which explained why my coupon beeped! He wanted to void out my entire order and redo it then changed his mind and said, he will ring up the crest and give me back the difference between that item and the Nievia. He wound up having refund me $2.13.

This Wag's is not coupon friendly at all. The cashier had a smile on her face when I came in and after I handed her my Q's she did a total 360. I'm not trying to be one of those customers that they see as a problem, but if something is not correct my order I'm going to speak up kindly about it. The manger thanked me for being patient and understanding his decision because he had a quite a few customers that actually called him out of his name for saying no to a certain coupon. I was not happy with his decision and just agreed to disagree.

Yes. They are just OK not very friendly when they have to adjust something. Not going to let them get in the was of getting the best bang for my $$! This is the closest location. There is a Wags in Charles County but I don't want to have to drive out that far. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR! I'm just going to hold my head up and keep on doing what I do.

Do not let me the bearer of bad news. Go and do your deals. I think its because of the time of day I go there, which is usually early Sunday mornings. I wind up with the same cashier all the time.

Are these the Glade ones that were on sale last week?

I had to get a rain check for those, and I'm afraid I'm going to have the same issue when they finally have them in stock again.
