$12.74 after cpns and including tax
only gave me 50% off two of the 4.29 tools. charged me full price for the third AND only gave me one $3up
SO I'm guessing it only adds up post coupon purchase towards the beauty tool ups.
this is why i hate shoppin at RA. I don't know how ppl get such good deals there. I feel like I'm always screwed over when I go there.
Anyone else have a prob w this deal?

I think I always only get one UP reward per reciept which is why I do multiple transactions to recieve all of my UPs. Is that it you think?

I got just over $10 worth pre-coupon and got the $3 UP.

i spent $10.47 pre-coupon total and got my UP. If only the $4.29 items rang up as part of the BOGO 50% sale then I would be willing to bet the two other items that did not ring up on sale did not count toward the deal. Which would explain why only one UP printed. Did you try and get it fixed while you were there? If not the live chat with customer service is super easy. If all the items you bought should have counted toward the deal then they will mail you the missing $3 UP

You should get an UP reward for every item or group of items that is giving one. There is a limit on how many UPs print per reciept. I can't remember what it is though, something high like 20 or so. I, and I know MANY others, just buy whatever we want all together and all the UPs print, unless we go over the limit or something. Of course it's not a fool proof system occassionally something goes wrong and an UP won't print. I usually point it out in the store and they fix it right there by giving me a gift card with the missing UP rewards amount. Some stores are not willing to fix it and tell you to call customer service and have them mail the missing UP(s) to you.

only 2 of the 3 4.29 items came off at 50% but they were all the same items....nail clippers. so weird. I guess i will have 2 go back 2morrow and find out why. thanx everyone!

I always check my recipt before I leave so they can fix it right then and there.
