Well, some good deals, but somehow it got messed up along the way.

Contac Cold+Flu $4.99 - $4.99 SCR = FREE (My paper was missing the entire RP insert, so I didn't get the MQ to make it a MM)
Viva Paper Towel Roll $1.99 - $1 MQ - $.50 VV QQ = $0.49
4 Kleenex boxes @ 1.33 = $5.32 - B3G1 FREE MQ - $.50/3 MQ - $1/3 RA in ad Q - $1/2 VV Q = $1.49 for 4 boxes or $0.37 each!

Here is where it started getting messy:

I thought for sure I went back and grabbed a second bottle to bring my total up to $25 but when I got to check out there was only the one bottle.

So my favorite cashier is ringing me up and the total comes to $20.XX before tax. Well I thought that was weird because I thought my total would be $25, but since it wasn't I couldn't use my $5/$25 RA Q. So I took that back from her. Then, once I saw there was only one bottle of the shampoo, I took back the second shampoo MQ from her. But get this... I get home and realize that she never charged me for the one bottle of shampoo in the first place... but she did scan the coupon and it went through, taking off $1. AAARRRRGGGG!

So I went back to the store, and told the cashier (a different one) that I hadn't been charged for the shampoo, and that I wanted to pay for it. Now, I realize that it makes my OOP worse, and the whole thing just got screwy.

Anyway, I think I'll just keep the shampoo... I really don't want to make a 3rd trip today.

Total OOP on the first visit: $13.26 (including tax)
Will receive $7.99 in SCR, for a final OOP of $5.27.

Then, the shampoo was 3.25 including tax.

What would you do: return the shampoo and Nivea filler or no?

On the plus side, I did another transaction for the Johnson & Johnson rebate and used my GOS. I spent $2.68 OOP (and that included two Revlon items that I had no coupons for) and will get back $10.

I would just return the shampoo- unless you need it. But if you don't feel like going, I sympathize. Happened to me before. I rationalized that I was making up for all the free stuff i get from there all the time by actually paying (even if it was by accident) for something!
