I come up with $7.93 before taxes but according to my receipt it is $9.39 before taxes I'm not sure what I'm not seeing

Also I was supposed to have 2 $.50/1 Lucky charms coupons that doubled to $1/1 but it took those off and replaced them with the one digital coupon. I did realize it until I got back to work and started trying to figure out why it didn't come out right. I guess I'm going to call and see if I can atleast come and get those to coupons back or something.

Just reading your post i can take a good guess that it was the Digital coupon.

The digital Coupons even though Called Publix Digital Coupons, they are MF coupons. These coupons even when .50 and under will not double.

Also since they are MF coupons, you can not use a Digital coupon and Paper MF coupon at the same time because that would be using 2 MF coupons on the same item.

I tend to stay away from the digital coupons because they dont double. the only time i use them is when there is not a paper/printable version or a better coupon else where.
