My Trip 5/28 - Coupon Problem
So I had a very positive experience with customer service in regards to an issue with coupons not scanning. Last Friday (5/20) I went to the store with my 2 year old and once I got home realized about 8.25 in coupons did not scan. So I called the number on my receipt, spoke to a very nice woman, took my info, told me to come in at my convenience, etc. So, I didn't manage to get back to the store until yesterday. Apparently that number is just a call center, not the actual store. So, they didn't have anything pulled from my transaction, despite giving the woman all the information that I did. I was nice about the situation and just asked what I should do in the future. They gave me the direct store number and said unfortunately that happens a lot with the call center. Also, since they couldn't do anything in regard to the looking at the coupons, they gave me $10 in gift cards. I was happy with that outcome!
