| Ugh! Those da*n Email coupons! I went over to CVS to use the $10/50 I received. It kept saying the coupon does not match the card! The manager tried telling me he ALREADY overroad this coupon once for me so he won't do it again. That's funny, because I never even tried to use it! We just got it today!!!!!! Needless to say, I wound up paying $15xx oop and I was rather upset I do have more than one card, but the coupon even had my name on it and my email at the top... and the date! Ugh... just a little more frustration I don't need! |

| this is getting ridiculous..all the new coupons are doing this..i didnt use the 4/20 beauty because i saw all of you having so much trouble..darlene..did you call cust ser? that manager was out of line..they should be aware that new coupons come out every week. |

| I would call customer service...they shouldn't send us coupons we can't use. |

| Yes, for some reason the Q's they are emailing us do not scan properly. I cross my fingers everytime I go to use one of those. |

| I'm so sorry. I hope customer service will credit you for what you should have been entitled to. It happens to me too and I've only ever had one card and one e-mail address. When the beauty coupon didn't work, I called CS and they told me it was because my card wasn't linked to my e-mail. Gee, that's funny because I get the e-mails from the e-mail address listed FOR my card and my profile has all the boxes checked. She told me it wouldn't happen again in the future. Riiiiiiight. Same thing happened when I got the $3/$15 a few weeks ago. Has anyone had the scanner Q's not work? Last time I used a scanner coupon for a Revlon item, it beeped and the cashier told me it was for a different card. I was like, I have one card, and if you look at my card and the last four number on that coupon, they are the SAME. So he pushed it through. |
