| Ok...I am going to try out the CVS craze one day real soon here. I got my Extra Care card in the mail today. I have lots of questions... 1. ECB= Extra Care bucks? You earn them (I'm guessing from reading the ad) by purchasing qualifying items. Are they all advertised, or are there unadvertised, too? 2. When I purchase a qualifying item, do I get the reward on the receipt then and there, or do I get them quarterly? I seem to be getting conflicting reports on this. And where does the 2% cash back fit in? 3. Can I combine CVS and manufacturer's coupons? 4. I understand the whole "stacking" thing I think. I want to avoid doing it. If I combine Manufacturer's coupons, a Extra Care deal, and a $x off of x, am I stacking? Or, is stacking only when I combine several $x off of x deals (without the total being over the total $$ of the coupons combined)? Ok. That's all I've got for now. Thanks in advance for your help! |

2. ECB's print on the bottom of your reciept right there when you buy items that have ECB's advertised 3. You can combine CVS coups (like the coups in the diabetes book last month), manufacturer coups (sunday paper) and $/$$ coups (like the $4 off when you buy $20) at MOST CVS stores. Check with your to make sure it's okay. 4. "Stacking" is when you use more then one of the same $/$$ coups with different code (this is not currently available anyway) For example: Your total is $25 You use: $4/$20 (with one code) another: $4/$20 (with a different code) I think I got this right, and if not mods please correct me. Hope that helps! |

| 1. Yes, you earn them for certain items purchased. These are usually advertised, however the Soy Joy deal was kind of a "hidden" monthly deal last month. There are monthly deals with a maximum per month and then there are weekly deals that are only for that week and the limit is listed, as well. 2. Your ECB will print on your receipt immediately after your purchase. The 2% earned is what will print off quarterly. This quarter ends March 16th, so on your next shopping trip after that date, your 2% of your quarterly spending will print off as one ECB. 3. Yes, you can combine CVS & manu. coupons, however, this is where sometimes people will have to add a small filler item. Some of the registers will not allow 2 deductions for one item, so if you are purchasing 3 items and have 5 coupons, you may need 2 small filler items to get your item count up to be able to use all the coupons. This is why you will see lots of people buying pencils or a candy bar just to get the item count up enough to use all the coupons. 4. Stacking is using more than one $/$$ coupon. Some people are able to use more than one as long as the total second $$ amounts equal the total amount spent. Using manu. coupons and CVS coupons or manu. coupons and a $/$$ is not stacking. Wow! It's amazing what I have learned in my short time here! |

| LOL! We both gave lots of important info. Yours told where to get the monthly book! Didn't even think to put that info in my post! And you gave a good example for stacking! Between the two of us, I think we got it covered! |
