| What a great cashier! Tonight I had a cart full of items I needed scanned and the cashier helped me with a smile, then was taking apart the value packs of Cottenelle wipes and informed me they were instucted to throw out the softpacks 42 count. Well she just gave them to me 8 of them. I thanked her over and over again! I love CVS.   |

| You should take the time to drop CVS an email or call the 800 number. Right now all the stores are getting negitive because of the coupon policy. I was in our store the other day and three people in front of me each gave the cashier a hard time and were not what you would call nice. I wrote CVS about how she keep her cool and was nice to them, next time I was in I over heard her talking about the manager telling her someone had wrote and said she was good! Its always nice to have a pat on the back from your manager. |
