Regardless of what individual stores choose to do with the acceptance of CVS coupons, we at AFC respect CVS's corporate policy against superstacking. With that being said, please do not post your trip stories which involve superstacking cvs coupons. Any posts/threads discussing a superstacking trip will be deleted. ![]() superstacking= using multiples of the same $$/$$$ cvs coupons in the same transaction~~i.e. (2) $10/$50 (3) $4/$20 Another form of Superstacking on a $50 order, you would need to spend $125 to use these (if your store allows) using a 10/50; 5/30; 4/20; 3/15 & 2/10

Thanks for the clarification, Ang. But, I have one question... is it still considered superstacking (I'm totally new to this term) if you use, say, a $10/50 crt and a $10/50 email printable? Just curious!!

crts are generally treated a little differently~~We're talking about using every single $/$$ printable that cvs sends out in emails in one transaction (when they are the same $/$$ but with different codes).

angs - clarification again, please. the $10/$50 CVS email/printable coupon and the $10/$50 CRT: can they be used on the same $50 purchase? Or would you actually have to have $60 in order to use it or $100??????

| This would all depend on how your store handles that. It is a YMMV type of thing. It could be $100 or it could be $60.

We aren't really concerned with how you handle your CRT's because they can pretty much be combined with anything and everything as they're treated differently. There really isn't much debate with those as there are with printable email coupons...that's what we're trying to address with limiting the superstacking discussions.

Just to clarify...what about using a 10/50; 5/30; 4/20; 3/15 & 2/10 on a $50 order...that is also considered superstacking too....right?

we consider that stacking~~based on your scenario superstacking would be using multiples of the same coupon type~~(2) $10/50, (2) $5/30......with different codes

Cash Register Tape. This is your receipt. If you notice, you get print outs on the bottom of your receipt. Such as ECB and more $/$$ off coupons. Hope this helps!!! Hugs!!!

CRT's are random generated coupons. CRT's are earned/incentive coupons. (Incentive CRT's)-6 months ago you purchased a bottle of RxEssentials/Vitamins as an example, the running "what you have purchased in the past 180 days list" shows no additional vitamin purchases for 6 months. As an incentive to buy more vitamins you may (being the key word), receive a $3/$10 CRT for your next vitamin purchase or a $3 off of RxEssential Vitamins. (Earned CRT's)-You have been purchasing vitamins on a monthly basis as shown in the "what you have purchased in the past 180 days list" to (thank you) you may (being the key word) receive a CRT $4/$20 on any vitamin purchase or a CRT for Free Nature Made 100ct Vitamin C. Sometimes it will be weeks or months between good CRT's, like free product, $5/$20, $15/$75 etc etc and you will receive nothing but $3/$10 CVS Brands and the infamous Divine Cookie $1 off, then one day the price/scanner machine will print out 4-5 Product CRT's and 1 or 2 CRT's for $/$$. Same thing happens on the cash register receipt. Nothing for weeks/months then it starts printing like crazy. |

| That is also consider something that CVS doesn't allow. You would need $125 order in order to use all of those.

One more question on the CRT coupons..does this also include the ones that print when you scan your card at CVS and if I understand you I can use both a email coupon say a 4 off 20 and a 4 off 20 that is CRT on the same transaction? That will depend on the store policy I understand but if I were to ask that may be possible in our CVS? Thanks!! You guys are really helpful!

Apreacherswife....That is all YMMV on how your store would handle that one...it could be that you have to spend $24 or $40. But according to CVS and the cashiers that are on here, you CAN use both of those.

Thank you! however for clarification as to what can be discussed.. superstacking a big no no what about the way jm said above? 10/50; 5/30; 4/20; 3/15 & 2/10 on a $50 order (all printables) since as KM pointed out that is against cvs policy too..since this is technically not defined as superstacking..

On a $50 sale it is super stacking. This would have to be a sale of $125 for all of those to be used. Then, and only then per CVS policy, it is OK. |
