So I asked about a gift card and he didn't know how to do that so he said he could return it for 12.99, price adjust for 2.99 (not oop since I already paid) and give me $10 CASH BACK! ![]() |

My sambucol didn't print either. The manager tried to call corporate and they were closed, so he just told me to call myself. I wonder why it's not printing??

My store is sold out of Sambucol I have a rain check for it but that's it. Guess it's time to seek it out at the other stores, though I think I saw that it is an ECB deal again next month. Just want to make sure I fit it in.

I purchased the Sambucol on Sat night, and no ECB for me either. I have my receipt with my previous Sambucol purchase and it shows I've purchased 4, the one Sat pm should have been #5. The Sat pm receipt still shows the number as 4 but the Sambucol is on there plain as day. I'm calling CS today to have it reset. Must be a problem in their system, I'm thinking since it will be a Feb deal also, they have to reset the limits.

Ok I feel like I am being beat up on here. I never stacked like that before, but I had my coupons in an envelope and the cashier asked what else I had in there so I showed him and he said you can use all of those now. I couldn't believe it. The point of my post wasn't even that I stacked BUT that I got $10 cash back for my ecb that didn't print. I am sorry I am new at this and did not realize I did something wrong.

I am happy that you got a great deal. I would hope you don't feel offended by the discussion. I always find everyones insight and experience as fuel for my own CVS visits. I think if the CVS cashier or store manager is fine with stacking or coupon use they should know what the store policy is. My experience varies from one CVS store to the next. The store closest to me has cashiers that refuse to even scan clearly valid manufacturer coupons and another location where the manager himself will point out even coupons stuck products to go ahead and use.

The emails our DM gets from his manager and posts in our store state to use the printables you must meet the price. He uses examples like to use 2 $4 off $20's you need to spend $40. And even if they spend 60, they cannot use 2 of the $5 off $15's that were coming out, as they state "one per customer." Loss prevention monitors these things and people have lost jobs for accepting superstacking in a few stores. I know at my 2nd store loss prev. is on their butt. There are some people out there who will continue to do it though. I guess their deals are better than someone's job. Lots of people have been taking advantage of cashiers who do not know. I guess people who overly abuse these coupons deserve the day when they no longer issue them. OP, it's ok you didn't know. Any customer can call the shop-cvs and they will tell you. I get info I don't get from our DM from the employee line, they are usually more up to date on the policies.

OK I have a question it's not ok to stack but you can get 4 or 5 cards and use them all with the same coupons?

technically you can get more than one card..but i am pretty sure they are suppose to be one per person too..but you and your sig other and your children can have their own..in my family each person has their own card..so that is 7..but since me and my dad do pretty much all of our families shopping we only use 2 of the cards..his and mine.. and we understand that you didnt know..its hard to understand the policy of each store when you are new..and also to have an employee do that is like a catch-22.. on another note..can someone PLEASE tell me what sambucol is?? ![]()

Sambucol is an immune booster. It supposingly boosts your immune system. Try to keep you from getting sick is my guess. Hope this helps!!! Hugs!!!

Sambucol is made of elderberry extract, sugar, and a preservative. As stated it is a boost for the ummune system. Does it work? Who knows? But at this price it is certainly worth a try.
