Here's my first trip post. I am relatively new to this hardcore couponing, but I think I'm starting to get the hang of it and I've had some good trips lately (and fun too!)

I've been fortunate that CVS is giving me a lot of $3/$15 CRTs lately, so hopefully I can have a few more trips like this.

Crest pro-health 2.99 -0.75 MQ = 2.24 (gives $2 ECB)
Aquafresh Iso-active 3.99 -1.00 MQ = 2.99 (gives $2 ECB)
Sensodyne Iso-active 4.99 -1.00 MQ = 3.99 (gives $2 ECB)
Colgate classic toothbrush (in trial section) .99 (gives $1 ECB)
Clean & Clear (in trial section) .99 - .99 MQ (marked down from $1) = FREE
2 x Gold Emblem Nuts = 2 x .99 = 1.98 - $2/2 CRT = (0.02) MM

-3/$15 CVS CRT!

used 2 ECB's, -1.98 and -4.00 = -5.98
sales tax = 0.02
OOP = $1.23

received 2 + 2 + 2 + 1 = $7 ECB

1.23 OOP + 5.98 ECB spent - 7.00 ECB received = $0.21 effective cost (the way it all works in my mind, anyhow!)
