Ok, so someone here posted last night that the cheapest SHNP she was able to find was $2.49...I was thinking well, if this is the case I might not go for the BOGO deal - but then, I went to a CVS that I don't normally go to and found some on clearance:

3 SHNP @ $1.24(Insta Dri)
1 SHNP @ $0.67 cents

1 Orly Carvale Rio nail polish @ $1.74 regular price $5.25

1 Similasen sinus $2.49

Used: 4 $1 coupon
1 $2/1 Similasen nisus(insert 9/20)
$1 EBC

Since you can't get BOGO on the clearance items they were basically free with the $1.00 coupon(insert)

My total= $9.05
Saved $32 and change
OOP = $2.05
