| my trip to CVS today...
I got another CVS scanner coupon for $2/$10 CVS brand, so I hit the clearance bin for some first aid products we need. Got some CVS bandaids, peroxide, and a discounted digital thermometer. Also found some soft packs of Kleenex that were a little more than half off, so I got to use my 50c/3 Kleenex coupon, yay! (they weren't juniors or pocketpacks) I also found some Huggies Clean Team foam handsoap for $1.99 back there, if that helps anyone out.
When I got to the register my total before coupons and extra bucks was $30 and some change. Then she scanned my coupons and EBs and my total was just under $5. (yes, I know I could've done better :P) But the highlight of my whole trip was the girl behind me.... When the cashier said my final total the girl goes "Wow!" and then asked "Can you use more than one coupon at a time?" The cashier then explained the basics of couponing to her. She found it fascinating!
Now I'm off to the 3rd CVS, looking for those Neutrogena soaps. Apparently everyone around here has caught on because there haven't been ANY left anywhere I went.
