I have 8 stores within a 10 minute drive of my house. In the last two weeks I was only able to find two of the good deals. Well, today - NOTHING!!!

I went to 6 of the stores and none of them had the Advil, Soy Joy, Bic Razors, Playskool wipes, Granola Bars, Oatmeal or Nestle Candy. On top of that, in each of stores the Kodak picture makers (for the 99cent collage - which I want to do for Christmas presents) were conveniently "down" - when they were just fine yesterday.

Yesterday I went to 5 different stores trying to get rain checks for the toothbrushes and wellpatches. All 5 refuse to do rainchecks for the ECB price - just the sale price... which, from what I've read here they are not allowed to do.

Sorry, just had to vent... my CVS's used to be really great - had everything in stock. But lately they have been really stinking... and I'm about to call corporate on them. The only reason I have delayed is because normally they are very friendly, well stocked, and are great to work with.

That stinks! Have you brought up the other wellpatches to the counter and asked them to substitute? It worked for me last week. I got the heat ones and the menthol ones after reading that the arthritis ones are discontinued...I'm not sure what other toothbrush they might substitute.

Sorry, I have become friendly with a cool day manager at one CVS, He has even put something "aside" for me And write me as many rainchecks that the limit says..I was always to chicken to ask for a raincheck, But one week I went on a Sunday and they had no razors and he said that they never sent them on his shipment and he would give me rainchecks for em..Ever since then, I have been rainchecking away That sucks, Maybe a different store will offer?

Sorry to hear your having a tough time finding the product you want. It happens all the time to me too!

I was able to substitute a different WellPatch as well. I bought one of the arthritis ones and gave it to my dad. The next day my back was hurting, I stopped to get one and all they had was the backache ones, the really nice supervisor rang me up and took 5.99 off the price (the ECBs I would have gotten back).

sucks doesn't it? It's been happening to me too, and it depresses me to read that ever one else is getting great deals! I get my fair share of toothpaste and brushes, oh and deodorant, but that's all!

I've noticed lately that most of my stores are understocked for these sale/ecb items...

Yeah, that's frustrating. That's why sometimes when I couldn't find anything in one CVS, I hesitated to drive to another store, just to be disappointed. I never asked for a raincheck, and maybe I should next time.

Just gpt back from CVS to buy the Bic razors and they were, of course out of stock. I never did find the toothbroshes or the kids agent cool blue last week. My store did have plenty of Soy Joy bars. I haven't found any of the Well Patch or the Skin Masks for the whole month. I have been to the store at least 3 times a week. For some reason I feel guilty to ask for a rain check.

Same for me. No well patches, only found 2 of the toothbrushes last week. Of course I could find the SoyJoy. Apparently they can't even give them away.

GET THOSE RAIN CHECKS!!!

I have my mouthwash AND wellpatch rainchecks! Always remember, if you ask and they say no, heres what happens:

1. They won't take you out back and have you shot (that is to say, nothing will happen)
2. When they say yes, you'll still get your deal

Remember, the squeaky wheel get the grease, the rainchecks and the DEALS! Ya'll know come Nov. 1 those well patches, toothbrushes, mouth wash and everything else will show up.

P.s.
Make sure they write the ECBs on there, too.
