Followed the advice found on AFC to scan CVS card multiple times at red coupon kiosk until coupons stopped coming--would never have known it would scan more than 1x per visit!

That's awesome! Both times I've gone to CVS, the printer has been out of paper.

Man I am jealous ,Mine will only scan 1 x and I get water or emblem candy q's all the time. It stinks.

Yesterday when I went it only scanned once, but printed out $1 off a 3 pack of cvs paper towels, i got a pack of 3 "green" paper towels for .99! woot!

Ive only been doing this about 3 weeks so I dont know if its really unusual but I have never seen anyone post to say they got ECBs from a scanner! I have a scanner at 1 store and it only gives me Gold Emblem Qs - CVS brand water, nuts, candy...and CVS paper towel Qs. My scanner sucks!

Today I FINALLY got my first CRT for a CVS toothbrush!

I got 1.50 EB, $25 CG Q with prescription, and a couple others. It was AWESOME to get EBs. I was totally shocked.

My store's stupid scanner has been out of order for over six weeks!!! Should I complain to management? I don't want to seem really weird.

As for why you weren't charged sales tax, did you hand your ecbs first? mrsfloyd's post in the "Why was my ecb adjusted down?" thread, started 8/10/08 by Kt&Cj'sMama, might explain it. (I wasn't allowed to post the URL because I'm a newbie.) I have to go thank her now too.

Did not have to transfer/fill Rx to get the coupon--the store is new so they had a stack of light blue folders sitting on a table right inside the entrance. The coupon is in the pocket on the right side of the folder at the bottom of one of the insert flyers (easy to miss). Try asking at the pharmacy counter for info or the welcome folder and maybe you can score one!

I have been to two CVS stores in the St. Paul area and i haven't seen this kiosk that you are talking about. do all the stores have them?

yes all the stores should have them. sometimes they are in the back of the store by pharmacy(they want you to walk the store for added sales) or some stores have them in the middle of the drive aisle or up front.

THE WELCOME FOLDER WERE FOR NEW RX CUSTOMERS SOME STORES WILL JUST GIVE THEM OUT TO GET RID OF THEM
