It took off the $20 for me but when I submit order it says it can't ship to California, I'm I missing something? They say they ship to the 48 contiguous United States..

Oh lordy......no offense but you'd be better off buying off the 75% off mostly dead rack at WalMart. This company has a very bad rap amongst gardeners.

They are terrible. When they talk about a "bare root plant" they are talking about a nursery grade plant that most likely will not make the transport, planting, etc. that an average gardener would do. Look, I have seriously got thousands into my plantings and honestly, I wouldn't introduce a free SH plant into my gardens for fear it would have a disease..... sorry to be mean but it's the truth. You're far better off buying "proven winner" where you are paying for the name and at least have a return policy.....

Please be careful with this. I tried to do it but when I got to their site, I couldn't find where to click for the deal, so I thought maybe I should find another link. I ended up on another site that wrote about this deal last year. Many of the people that signed up ended up having their credit card charged for the full amount less free shipping. I'm glad I had trouble signing up for it.

Placed my order and everything is great. For Joy: Some individual plants are restricted in certain states, so while they can ship in general to CA, they may not be able to ship all plants there. Check the discription of the plants are interested in and they should list the restricted states there.
