You can pull 1, 2, or all 3 bureaus' reports - totally free, one time every year - hence the name, annual credit report! Helps you monitor fraud/identity theft under your name. You cannot get your SCORE for free though, so you should still refer to the above post for your free score.

Right.. this (Credit Karma) service gives you your score plus helps you track changes etc..

Ok I wan to all you to know that the credit score they use is not the one companies use to grant you credit,a mortgage etcc:
I had my CR printed with the score and i took it to request a mortgage and laughted of me they said that is not the actual right score.
This companies shower you with e-mails.

Thats odd as mine has always been inline with what they show. I use more so on mine to be alerted of any large dips or anything unexpected..

I saw my 3 scores last month ~ and the one I got from this site, was pretty much within the range.

Please note that a creditor will only use one of the three major reporting agencies, they don't look at all 3. So the score as seen on this free report, may not be in the range of the company they use. Of the 3 scores I viewed last month on all three agencies, there was like an 80 point range between them.

So this score should only be used as a "guide".

I have used this site for the past couple of months. I found out about it from Clark Howard (the money saving guy on CNN). You can check to see if any changes have been made to your credit report DAILY. It is totally FREE and your credit score is not affected when you check it because it's considered a "soft inquiry." I also have NEVER received spam emails from using this site. Just a FYI- Your credit score can vary by like 40 points (more or less than your actual credit karma "score") so it should only be used as a guide. But like I said I love it I use it all the time.

A tip for those that use annual credit report..............you can get a copy from 3 bureaus once a year free......i select from Experian first.... .....then 4 mths later i select from Equifax....then 4 mths later i select from Transunion .

This way i can monitor my info throughout the year for free.
