Thinking about stocking up on the Menards cereal deal. Looks about half off the Cub Foods price. How long does this stuff stay fresh anyway?

A long time ...that is as long as it is unopened. I think I have read where some have used them a year after there expiration date. I buy mine in bulk but it never makes it more than 3 months around here.

Cereal lasts forever!

There are always Kellogg's and General Mills cereal deals at Rainbow Foods and Cub Foods. I never pay more than $0.50 per box.

At Cub, if you find Kellogg's with the "Cars 2" promotion then it's a great deal.

During the week of 7/31, buy 6 for $11.28 and that is WITHOUT coupons. (Obviously, coupons make for a much better deal.) If you find boxes with the "Cars 2" promotion you can submit for a $5 Visa card for every 4 boxes you purchase.

I did this deal twice and submitted for three $5 cards making the cereal a great deal!
