It also applies to AAFES run commissaries. I am so glad that Ft. Worth finally got taken over by DECA... much better IMO

OK, so let me see if I have this right... you can use PRINTED coupons w/ DECA but not AAFES??? I haven't been to the NAS Jax Commissary in over 6 months (had a baby in December) so incidently I haven't been able to use coupons either!! I do know that I used a lot of printed as well as clipped on my last visit. The NAS Jax Commissary is DECA.

They do not accept any expired coupons at our commisary. The cashiers are down right confrontational about it.

Expired coupons are only accepted at overseas commissaries.

The Commissary I've been going to is a Deca so I am thankful I have not run into this issue. I do agree that it isn't right that they are not accepting internet coupons. I've never been a fan of the BX though.

Commissary Patron Special Order Form and it is DeCad 40-1

You can also go to the Maxi Saver website and check out their monthly sales flyers online and sign up to receive online coupons.
