Thank you. I added a IMHO about the "Tools" - Craftsman 19.2v Drill & Light Kit" to your other post. It's a Great set.

Edit: Changed my mind about posting there. Didn't want to mislead non-military folks. Here it is - IMHO . . . .

"Tools - Craftsman Drill & Light Kit" . . . I have the Craftsman 19.2 drill kit. Bought it over 5 years ago - about $80. It is one of the best tools I have ever owned. I have used the drill in preparing for hurricanes, and after them, used it to make temp. repairs when there was no electric, and used it, literally hundreds of times around the house for everything you can think of. This set (see below) is any man's or woman's best friend and sure beats dragging out an extention cord everytime.

My set came with the drill (w/ adjustable clutch) and an upright, halogen bulb, adjustable head, light, 1 battery, and charger. (They also have a set that has a flourescent light, which - IMHO - is almost useless for work.) If this 'Kit' comes with the battery and charger - IMHO - get it if you can. The batteries are NiMh, not the new Lithium. My 5-yr-old batteries have finally worn out.
In fact, if you already have 19.2v Sears tools - buy it for the replacement battery and charger - the whole thing is cheaper than a replacement battery.

Thank you for letting me know about this item. I don't know how you got the list, and I Ain't about to ask. One last thing . . If you shop my BX - this offer is not available to you, shop elsewhere. 'Cause, if I see you there, I'd hate to fight you off to get the last one.

Thanks! I think last year, if I remember correctly, my BX had various promos for Thanksgiving day, Black Friday, Saturday and Sunday~ a big shopping weekend! There were special buys for each of those days only. Although the Friday deals were always the best.

Correction to my previous post. My Drill Kit came with 2 batteries and the charger. I am now even more wanting one - just for the batteries.
