This is a great resource! - there is also another flyer (Commissary Money Saver)which is also online and the site also has a list (with boxes you can check off to make your shopping list) of categorized sale items. Here is the link to the flyer:

If you are not registered/logged in, do so (it's free, but I think you may have to be in the DEERS system as a valid commissary user?), then go to the links on the left-hand side of the page, roll over "Commissaries" under the "Shopping" category, a little menu should pop up, and click on "On Sale This Week."
