? Does your commisary have 2 price tags?

I've noticed a trend at my commissary. I'm thinking it my only be mine because it is VERY small. Example I went to buy Kraft cheese. The 16 oz cheddar is marked $3.00 on the yellow tag. But the date is 2/14/08. then there was another tag for the same item for $3.89. I had to have my DD go and scan stuff. Really annoying. I noticed it is more on the Cheese & lunch meat items & some Shampoos. I didn't complain yet. I only have complained if it rings wrong. They will give it to you for the lower price item and tell you it's priced wrong. Saying they forgot to take the sticker down. Just wondering if it's happening where you live?

Sherry

I haven't noticed that at my commissary here at Ft. Bliss. I would complain especially since it's small location, they shouldn't constantly be doing that.

I haven't noticed 2 price tags, but I have noticed that things that are currently on sale sometimes ring in at the regular price. This week the quaker mini rice cakes rang in at 1.82 instead of 1.00 as they were advertised in the commissary sale paper and also on the shelf as well. They fixed it with no problem though.

I would definitely tell them. That is so frustrating!

No, they don't accept expired coupons. They are very strict about it too. However, if you live overseas they take them 3-6 months after expiration.
