Question Has anyone ever used Winetags @ the commisary

I have some winetags to use that I won in an auction. Example: Save $2.00/1 seafood item no wine purchase. Have you ever used winetags @ your commisary?

I've used meat and bread tags before. As long as they are valid in that state, there shouldn't be a problem. The cashier read the entire thing, but they took it. Sometimes you need to explain things to them. They must not see them very often.

Yup, yup, I had $1.00/1 Kellogg's cereal. And they read that coupon 3 times. I also Won a $25.00 DECA Gift Certificate and I brought the letter in with it. And they still had to get the manager to approve it. My favorite cashier Sabrina is trying to get me to apply for a job there. But even though it's a federal job, I wouldn't apply because the starting pay is $7.41 an hour(GS~1). She said you would be great here because you know how to use coupons

WOW!!! I knew they didn't get paid much, but I would have thought it was more than that. I got a decent cashier today, but sometimes they can be very rude. I had printables that wouldn't scan, she wouldn't take them (which I can understand). I had her scan them a few more times and they finally worked. I told her if they didn't scan to pull the items out of the bag and return it because it was for free stuff that I really didn't need anyways. Just wanted to try the stuff.

militarymommy has posted more than 50 good deals
I've used them before when we lived in Guam. I haven't been able to get anymore since we've lived in CA. I'm not even sure if I can use them anyway in this state - haven't researched it yet. I agree with jcoy's comment above though - as long as it doesn't say that you CAN'T use them in your state, I think you're good to go.
