i am not preggers or ttc but i always take prenatal vitamins. a midwife once told me that if you are fertile even if you are using protection you should still be obligated to take prenatals just incase b/c the folic acid in them only helps if you are taking it BEFORE you concive. so i always have taken them. i am going ot ask my dr for a script. he should not have a problem giving me one even if i am not preggers should he? this will be better than using ecb's to "buy" them!!
