Meijer has some Maybelline Face products on clearance for under $4! I found the blush at my store for 3.64 and some mineral concealer for 3.64, I think there was also some foundation for around 4.19!

ALSO if you use the Garnier Herbashine Hair Color, there was a $3/1 Redplum IP last weekend + there is a $3/1 mPerk you can stack with it. These are currently priced at $6.99 at my store, so it would make them $0.99 (A nice break if you use them!) Or you could wait and hopefully they'd go on sale to make them free or super cheap!
