Go to Krogers & look in the organic or produce section for a free magazine called Delicious Living (this comes out monthly). This month, there is a coupon for $2.00 off ANY Bear Naked Product.

Cut out coupon.

Go to Meijer (I'm assuming this will work at Kroger too).

Find Bear Naked Bars (I found mine in the health section, NOT in the granola bar or organic food section)

Buy the bar for $1.69 (regular price)

Use coupon.

Free!

Please Note Slight Caution: This might come up as saying Item Not Found. If that happens, have your cashier check BECAUSE these Bear Naked Products were entered into the system as KASHI. The cashier & I both realized that. She adjusted down the price & they were free. (I bought 8 total.) She also mentioned that she would notify Meijer because they shouldn't be entered in as Kashi, obviously.

There is a $2 IP in the database for Bear Naked products and the granola is on price drop at Kroger for $3.99, making it $1.99 after Q. It's regularly over $5 a bag. I'll have to look for the bars. Thanks!

Do you know how long the price drop is for?

I think through 11/8 at Kroger??? But that was in OH, not sure how other yellow tag sales are handled in various Kroger regions. 11/8/09 is a Sunday and that's when our sale ads end.

I did, however, see the Bear Naked Granola on Price Drop at Meijer last night for $3.99. I think it said through 11/2?? It was at least through this week and I think next week too. HTH!

PS--I looked at those bars and I sure hope they taste better than they appear!!! I passed on them. I'd rather use my Qs on the granola (yummy on ice cream and yogurt!)

You're probably right about the taste - they did sort of look not so appetizing, but they were free. I did buy the granola at Kroger for 3.99 - 2 = 1.99 & thankfully the cashier caught it! The coupon was only coming off as a $1.00, not $2.00! I did have to separate out my orders though. Don't quite understand - it says "one per purchase". Still don't know if that's for product or per order. Thanks for the heads up about Meijer. I'll try there for more granola.
