If we are buying multiple items (ie. the koolaid) do we need 1 mb coupon for each item? The fine print says "One Meijer discount coupon per item" Does that mean I need 3 mb coupons if I'm buying 3 kool-aids?

Also, my mb coupons usually ring up at $0 - I was told it just adjusts the normal price - is this correct?

Thanks for the help - when I went to checkout, none of the MB coupons worked (no change to the total) - the cashier was new, but VERY helpful. Thanks for the replies!!

Yes, you would need one MB coupon per item. Some stores limit the number of identical MB coupons you can use per transaction, so be prepared to do multiple orders. Although, you'd want to do a max. of 3 Koolaid singles to get the $2 OYNO cat anyway!

The MB Qs generally ring it at $0, but you have to keep your eye on the total. Even though it shows up at $0, the coupon is supposed to be deducted underneath the corresponding item. If the total doesn't decrease when it's scanned, have the cashier scroll up through the order to see that it came off the purchase price. Hope that helps!

I've always had problems with the mealbox coupons that are "off 2" or "off 3"... but occasionally there is one that scans and doesn't deduct that is "off 1." The Koolaid coupon is like this. I always try to catch it as they are ringing them up, but if I'm rushed, I'll cash out, take my receipt off to the side and double check everything (I always know my total within a dollar or so before checking out) and determine what coupon was not playing nice. I then take it back to the same cashier and ask for those specific coupons back and head straight to CS. Sometimes a knowledgeable cashier will know how to fix a coupon "oops" post-transaction. I love those cashiers...

You can use one mb q and one manufacturer's q on each item, unless they state..." $1 of 2 or whatever. HTH
