| Koolaid Singles free with $2 onyo scenario question
Okay - in your opinion - how many should I do in a trip? I really don't have anything else to get - and since you can use multiple mbq's I printed enough for 72 boxes that would give me $48 on onyo's. But how many should I do in a trip, and does anyone who has done this know when the $2 onyo's expire and can you use more then one in the next trip - i.e. if I did enough for $12 worth of catalina's could I use all $12 to buy meat? Thanks in advance.... Bobbie |

you want to buy them in sets of 3 since you'll only get one $2 cat. I did it again today and my cat expires 9/15/09. It says no cash back, limit one coupon per transaction. excludes: alcohol, tobacco, prescriptions, gift cards, lottery, postage, park tickets, gas stations, c-stops, taxes, on-line purchases, licenses, or meijer prepaid master cards. I wouldn't do too many in one trip. As mentioned above, you can only get 3 per transaction. I'd probably limit it to 3 separate transactions, and come back another day. Doing too many will draw a ton of attention to yourself, and I always think it's best not to do that when dealing with coupons. HTH.

I agree. I think doing more than three draws way too much attention. I personally NEVER do a FREEBIE scenario alone - I'm scared that if corporate realizes the FREEBIES are being taken advantaged of, then we won't get any in the future. I always buy something else. (Yes, I'm paranoid...LOL!) I did this...I had some of those Buy a Ritz Get a Wheat Thins/or the Crackerful coupons so I combined with the Ritz Stackables MBQ, bought three KoolAids, one Chinet (using the $2.00 MQ only), and redeemed a $2.00 ONYO and paid less than fifty cents for eveything (TAX). Also, the MBQ KoolAid works on the single Country Times!!! If you need meat, use the MBQ for Naturewell meat (not ground beef) and the Naturewell $.0.50 (usually doubles) that you get online at their website (HINT - print as PDF and then you can have multiple prints of it). I usually can get a prepackaged round steak piece in the $2.75 - $3.30 range. Makes for a cheap meal. HTH

Quick Question. Will it print a $2 cat on the country time? I did 2 Kool Aid last night and then did 4 today but, the Kool Aid was low but lots of Country Time. Thanks In advance-Jen

A small precautionary note though, IF you get a cashier type that READS every little detail on the coupons, they may give you a hard time because the Kool Aid MBQ does not specifically state Country Time. You may have to push them (NICELY PUSH) into trying it anyways...the computer does accept it so once they see this, they relax. I just had to go the extra mile in diplomacy this morning with the cashier for she didn't want to even try and scan it.

So glad to see the suggestion to limit to 3 transactions per trip. Remember the moneymaker on jello last year when people were using a hundred (or a lot, anyway) of MBQs per visit and it resulted in Meijer limiting MBQs to one per transaction! We need to work together to avoid that happening again (it was such a pain!) |

I did six in my first order, and only got one $2 cat so no u can't get more then one cat per order and everytime i have used the q's they have had to push them through. so much more then 3 transactions per visit they may give you a hard time.
